This service is provided on behalf of all Waltham Forest GP’s surgeries. The service is open to all patients registered with a GP in the Borough of Waltham Forest.


The surgery is closed and if you have life threatening emergence hang up and dial 999

If you cannot wait until the surgery reopens or if surgery is closed for Half days Thursdays afternoon, please call Waltham Forest GP Telephone Answering Service on 020 8519 3999. This line is open until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm over the weekend. You will be put through to a call handler who be able to direct your call appropriately. please be aware that this service cannot help with the routine enquiries such as test results and surgery appointments.

If you require medical advice after 8pm , hang up and dial 111. This call is free from landlines and mobile telephones.
