Once we receive the mother and baby discharge summary from the hospital, we will contact you to register your baby. At the same time you will be given a date for both the 6-8 week baby check and postnatal to be carried out at the same time. First immunisations will also be administered at this time.
Please contact the practice in the rare occasion that you have given birth within the last week and have not been contacted by the practice to register your baby.
