How to Book

FOR EMERGENCIES AND LIFE-THREATENING CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MUST DIAL 999 AND/OR VISIT A&E https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/urgent-and-emergency-care-services/

We offer appointments five days a week, between Monday to Friday. Appointments are usually between 9am to 5:30pm. Reception will ask the reason for your appointment in order to direct you to the correct clinician and appointment type. A very brief summary is sufficient. If you would not like to disclose this you can inform the receptionist that the reason for your appointment is private.

If you need a wound check/dressing change, taxi medical, post-natal or other specialist appointments please make this clear to reception when booking to avoid confusion.

⁃                     GP FedNet on 02085193999 gp-enhanced-access

⁃                     A&E

Please remember that due to clinical risk and capacity there is a limit to how many patients we can see each day and how quickly we can deal with your request. Our staff will always do their best to help you access the services you need.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy for any bullying, intimidation or harassment against our staff. At the very least you will be issued with a warning letter and you may also be removed from the practice list.

Patients have the right to see the practitioner of their choice but this may cause a delay in being seen.

Please do not ask for repeat prescriptions, particularly lengthy ones, in consultations as the doctors may refuse it due to delays in appointments. Prescriptions can be done through our reception team or by contacting your nominated pharmacy.
